Ajay Katyal
CEO & Director
NPPL was founded back in 2014. He has been the fulcrum of organic food farming with a mission to nourish people and the planet with a passion. His inherently visionary approach has helped the company in stretching different phases of marketing excellence.
The founder of Nature Pearls Private Limited, Mr. Ajay Katyal, has been a pioneer in the organic food sector for the last 26 years. His work experience is impressive, with success stories in setting up three large organic farming & food projects for global markets in his career. He also undertook organic seed production, contract farming initiatives, and Fairtrade projects. He contributed his experience in various national & international organisation promoting organic & sustainable farming & food production and its global trade. Leveraging his experience, Mr. Katyal has made remarkable contributions to the success of NPPL.
To put it rightly, he is responsible for NPPL’s 360-degree expansion depicting sustainable growth. His growth strategies involve the planning and execution of organic farming projects. He predominantly looks into the quality of products and the satisfaction of customers.
Mukesh Sharma
Sr. GM – Agri Project
Starting his journey as a breeder in 1994 and working on developing new varieties, Mr. Mukesh Sharma is today the Sr GM of the Agriculture Project and works closely on the planning and implementation of certified organic projects.
He has extensive experience of about 26 years of overall development of organic farming projects as per NPOP, EOS and NOP/USDA standards for paddy basmati & non-basmati, cereals, spices, and pulses. In addition, Mr. Sharma has substantial experience developing COR, Naturland, Fairtrade and handling bio- dynamic farm projects. Some of his accomplishments include establishing a Demeter-certified project in rice 2004
and fair trade projects in rice and cotton in 2006.
Tarun Sethi
GM – International Sales Marketing
With a vast 20 years of experience in international sales & marketing in the organic food category, Mr. Tarun Sethi owns a successful background in sales growth, strategic planning, operational responsibilities, product development and team leadership.
He is the GM of International Sales & Marketing and holds a vital decision-making place in the
company. His primary focus is to explore thriving international markets, ensure consistent growth, promote organic practices and look after deliverables.
